在解剖一成年男性标本时,见其左侧甲状腺下动脉缺如伴右侧锁骨下动脉多分支(图1)。查十年文在距左锁骨下动脉起始处2.93 cm发出外径为8.88 mm的椎动脉,向上穿第6颈椎横突孔入颅;肋颈干、胸廓内动脉分别在距椎动脉0.71 cm、0.95 cm处发出;甲状颈干在距椎动脉1.11 cm处发出3支,分别为肩胛上动脉、颈横动脉和变异支Ⅰ。变异支Ⅰ外径为1.03 mm,向上走行5.79 cm后分为2支,分别营养头长肌和后斜角肌。甲状颈干上未见左甲状腺下动脉。距椎动脉1.21 cm处发出外径为1.31 mm的变异支Ⅱ,该变异支分别于走行1.66 cm、2.93 cm和3.02
