为了解决采油筛管过滤单元环形焊缝自动焊接的问题,利用现有的焊接装备,设计了一种焊枪移动和摆动机构。采用熔化极氩弧焊,实现了采油筛管过滤单元环形焊缝的自动焊接技术,提高了焊接质量和效率。其关键技术,包括设计控制焊枪的横向行走机构、焊枪纵向行走机构以及焊枪的旋转机构。机构传动控制系统采用了单片机控制,在环焊缝焊接过程中采用了焊缝自动跟踪系统,提高了控制精度和稳定性。对环缝自动焊接机的各个传动部件及控制系统进行了运行实验,结果表明,系统的稳定性和焊接效率能够满足采油筛管过滤单元环形焊缝的质量要求。
In order to solve the problem of the automatic welding of the annular weld of the oil screen sieve unit, a welding torch moving and oscillating mechanism was designed by using the existing welding equipment. The use of melting argon arc welding, oil extraction sieve to achieve a circular weld automatic welding technology to improve the welding quality and efficiency. The key technologies include the design of the transverse travel mechanism that controls the torch, the longitudinal travel mechanism of the torch, and the rotating mechanism of the torch. Mechanism drive control system uses a single-chip control, welding in the girth weld seam automatic tracking system used to improve the control accuracy and stability. The experimental results show that the stability of the system and the welding efficiency can meet the quality requirements of annular weld of oil screen sieve filter unit.
