Recently, the Ministry of Finance, in conjunction with the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration of Taxation, issued the “Circular on the Tax-Free Import Plan for Seed and Seed Species of Wild Animals and Breeds 2015” Tariff [2015] No. 9).
