大学生是在思想上相对独立的群体,他们完全有能力进行自主学习,并从中获得有用的知识。大学英语是一门集理论性与实践性为一体的语言学科,要求学生能学以致用,所以教师要积极引导学生自主学习英语,提高学生的语言技能。基于此,首先研究大学生自主学习英语的必要性,重点探讨促进大学生英语自主学习的教学策略,以提高大学生英语学习的自主性。
College students are relatively independent ideological groups, they are fully capable of autonomous learning, and obtain useful knowledge. College English is a linguistic subject that integrates theory with practice. It requires students to apply their knowledge effectively. Therefore, teachers should actively guide students to study English independently and improve their language skills. Based on this, first of all, it is necessary to study the necessity of college students ’autonomous learning of English and to focus on the teaching strategies to promote college students’ autonomous learning of English so as to improve the autonomy of college students in English learning.
