武钢冷轧厂以五机架冷连轧机节能为目标,以单位时间体积流量最大,马达功率总消耗最小指标函数,研制了冷连轧机能耗最小轧制规程预设定的数学模型,并采用动态规化法进行在线最优化计算。该模型在线生产使用20个月,共轧制各种规格带钢约35万吨左右,运行正常,控制可靠,达到原西德模型控制生产水平。并可降低电耗3~5%,经济效益显著。
