医疗保险用药管理是医疗保险管理工作中的重中之重,直接影响到统筹资金的合理使用,关系到医疗机构的经济效益和患者的切身利益。如何加强医疗保险用药管理,是医疗保险管理工作的重点难点问题。本文根据《黑龙江省2005年版基本医疗保险和工伤保险药品目录》,提出了加强医疗保险用药管理的措施,加强用药管理的监督机制,达到解决医保患者医疗费用的目标,使国家统筹资金得到合理支出。
Medicare drug administration is the most important task in medical insurance management, which directly affects the rational use of co-ordinating funds and affects the economic benefits of medical institutions and the vital interests of patients. How to strengthen the administration of medical insurance is the key and difficult issue of medical insurance management. Based on Heilongjiang Province 2005 Basic Medical Insurance and Industrial Injury Insurance Drugs Catalog, this paper puts forward some measures to strengthen medical insurance administration and strengthen the supervision mechanism of medication administration to reach the goal of medical insurance for medical insurance patients, .
