胸腔引流是胸部外伤和胸腔手术后最有效的治疗手段之一,常规引流方式是将引流管一端置入胸膜腔,另一端连接水封瓶,水封瓶必须保持直立,以维持胸膜腔处于负压状态,但由于救援和转运环境限制,容易发生水封瓶倾翻导致漏气和引流液倒灌,为防止以上问题发生,武警甘肃总队医院在2008年四川汶川和2010年青海玉树地震救援中使用自制双活瓣抗反流引流管[1]治疗4例外伤性血气胸患者,取得了良好的引流和抗反流效果。
