通过两种不同的方法对秸杆进行预处理,制备秸杆/废旧塑料复合材料,利用拉力试验机和冲击试验机对材料力学性能进行表征,利用偏光显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对复合材料进行微观分析。结果表明:当线性三嵌共聚物(SEBS)用量为10%(质量分数)时,秸秆/废旧塑料复合材料的综合性能最好,采用剥离处理的秸杆/废旧塑料复合材料比未剥离处理的秸杆/废旧塑料复合材料综合性能更优,同时秸秆剥离处理有利于秸秆纤维在废旧塑料基体中分散。
Straw was pretreated by two different methods to prepare straw / waste plastic composites. The mechanical properties of the composites were characterized by tensile testing machine and impact testing machine. The microstructure of the composites was analyzed by polarized light microscope and scanning electron microscope . The results showed that straw / waste plastic composites had the best comprehensive performance when the amount of linear terpolymer (SEBS) was 10% (mass fraction), and the straw / waste plastic composites with stripping treatment were the best Straw / plastic composite materials with better overall performance, while straw stripping treatment is conducive to the straw fiber in the waste plastic matrix dispersion.
