脾胃虚弱证为临床常见证候，是由于机体脾胃生理功能不足的一组综合症候群，现代医学多见消化不良、肠胃炎、慢性结肠炎、吸收不良综合症等病症。用云南省红河州制药厂研制的健脾口服液（治疗组）和参苓白术散（对照组）治疗１２０例脾胃虚弱证，对健脾口服液的临床疗效及安全性进行临床研究。结果表明，健脾口服液在治疗饮食不振、厌食、食后腹胀、精神不振、肢体倦怠、大便不调、面色不华等方面，疗效高于参苓白术散。健脾口服液治疗成人脾胃虚弱证总有效率为９５．４０％。健脾口服液对肝、肾功能无损害作用，是一种安全的药物。
The syndrome of weakness of the spleen and stomach is a common syndrome in the clinic. It is caused by a group of syndromes in which the physical function of the spleen and stomach is insufficient. In modern medicine, indigestion, gastroenteritis, chronic colitis, and malabsorption syndrome are common. The clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Oral Liquid were studied clinically with Jianpi Oral Liquid (treatment group) and Shenqibaishu Powder (control group) developed in Honghe State Pharmaceutical Factory of Yunnan Province. The results showed that Jianpi Oral Liquid was more effective than Shenqibaishu Powder in the treatment of poor diet, anorexia, abdominal distension after eating, lack of energy, limb fatigue, irregular stool, and unrefined complexion. The total effective rate of Jianpi oral liquid in treating spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome in adults is 95.40%. Jianpi oral solution has no damage to liver and kidney function and is a safe drug.
