我国二板市场即将开通,如何规范二板上市公司,培育民营、中小、高科技公司成长,推动经济发展,可以说是对《公司法》提出的新要求,我们必须根据现实经济发展的需要,不断进行修正并使之日臻完善。目前,公司法正在酝酿第二次修改并广泛征求各界意见,年内提交全国人民代表大会审议,本文正是在这一背景下,通过对《公司法》部分条款的理论阐释和现实分析,提出十大修改意见。
