零售管理的本质在于始终关注细节。粗放管理日渐成为我国大型连锁零售企业可持续发展的瓶颈和障碍。许多大型连锁零售企业徒有经济规模,而无规模经济,大而不精,低利运营。中国零售业的发展正将面临一个精细化运作的时代,大型连锁零售企业必须树立“精耕细作”的现代零售管理理念,苦练内功,努力实施精细管理,才能突出重围。
The essence of retail management is always focused on the details. Extensive management has gradually become the bottleneck and obstacle of sustainable development of large-scale chain retail enterprises in our country. Many large-scale retail chain enterprises only have economies of scale, but without economies of scale, large but not refined, low-margin operations. The development of China’s retail industry will face an era of meticulous operation. Large-scale chain retailers must establish the modern retail management philosophy of “intensive and meticulous work”, try their best to carry out fine management in order to achieve a breakthrough.
