专利竞赛理论随着技术竞争的日趋激烈逐渐兴起,随着专利制度的引入和全球化技术竞争的发展,国内企业和研发机构面临着全球专利竞赛的挑战,对于专利竞赛理论、专利竞赛研究成果的研究引入的需求也更加迫切,针对国内专利竞赛研究起步较晚,对于西方专利竞赛研究了解不成系统的现状,文章检索和查阅了1979～2008年主流管理学刊物专利竞赛领域发表的有代表性的文献,试图理清专利竞赛理论的发展脉络和主要研究流派以及其进展情况,通过对于专利竞赛理论研究的全面介绍和探讨,着重于企业专利竞赛行为的策略研究和对企业自主创新能力的影响。为国内学者的进一步研究提供方向性参考,为国内企业和研发机构的专利申请和研发行为提供相应理论和策略支持。
