目的 探讨心理应激对腺垂体促甲状腺素细胞的影响。方法 采用心理应激模型 ,并在不同应激条件下对大鼠腺垂体促甲状腺素细胞进行免疫组织化学和电镜观察 ,并用体视学公式作定量分析。结果 应激大鼠促甲状腺素细胞体积密度 (Vv)和数密度 (Nv)的值均低于正常对照组 ,且在不同应激条件的A、B、C三组存在显著差别。结论 心理应激可不同程度地抑制大鼠腺垂体促甲状腺素细胞合成和分泌促甲状腺素。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological stress on thyroid-stimulating hormone in pituitary gland. Methods The model of psychological stress was used. Immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy were used to observe the thyroid-stimulated thyroid-stimulating hormone in rat pituitary gland under different stress conditions. The stereological formula was used for quantitative analysis. Results The values of Vv and Nv of stress-induced thyrotropin cells were lower than those of the normal control group, and there were significant differences among the three groups in different stress conditions. Conclusion Psychological stress can inhibit thyroid-stimulating hormone synthesis and secretion of thyrotropin in rat pituitary gland.
