传统注塑机在实际生产工作中,存在的一些缺陷,例如:在全自动生产过程中如果产品没有脱落,或者料斗装满,因为没有检测装置,一般都是靠操作工人去判断。由于操作工人在生产中还需要兼顾其它辅助工作,如加料等。一旦没留意,很容易造成产品因为没有脱落而继续锁模造成报废,或造成料斗装满而继续落料而使产品散落在地造成产品受损。为避免上述问题,本文介绍增加光电传感器用于注塑机上的技改工作。
