电真空用无磁不锈钢Cr16Ni14是适用于电真空器件的一种抗磁结构件材料。它具有如下的特性: 1.良好的抗磁性能。 2.具有一定的机械强度和优良的塑性。 本文主要介绍了对Cr16Ni14钢带的磁性与机械性能的研完结果。研完表明Cr16Ni14钢的磁性、机械性能及晶粒组织与变形率及固溶制度有密切的关系。研 究得出了最佳的变形率和固溶制度。即 变形率:18—20%(1/4硬态)和>65%(硬态)。 固溶制度:940~1000℃,1~1.5分钟。 研究还认为当冷变形率大于30%时,导磁率将超过规定指标值(1.005高/奥)。但是,经过固溶处理以后,就能达到消磁目的,导磁率达到规定指标(μ<1.005高/奥)。

Good anti-magnetic properties. 2. Has a certain mechanical strength and excellent plasticity. This article describes the Cr16Ni14 strip magnetic and mechanical properties of the finished research results. Research shows that the magnetic Cr16Ni14 steel, mechanical properties and grain structure and deformation rate and the solution system is closely related. The study obtained the best deformation rate and solution system. The deformation rate: 18-20% (1/4 hard) and> 65% (hard). Solution system: 940 ~ 1000 ℃, 1 ~ 1.5 minutes. The study also believes that when the cold deformation rate is greater than 30%, the permeability will exceed the specified index (1.005 high / A).
