正确的就业观是学生能够顺利就业的关键,本文分析了高职毕业生择业过程中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了高职毕业生建立正确就业观的具体对策,这对于高职院校的就业教育以及高职毕业生就业能力的提升有着重要的意义。
The correct concept of employment is the key to the smooth employment of students. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the process of career selection for higher vocational students, and on this basis, puts forward specific countermeasures for higher vocational college graduates to establish the correct employment concept. School employment education and employment of higher vocational graduates enhance the ability of great significance.
