同心中学是本县的重点中学,近几年,有一批大专院校的毕业生被陆续分配来,充实了教师队伍。这些青年教师基础知识好,思想活跃,工作热情,但也存在着缺乏教学经验、不适应新的工作环境等问题。为了帮助这些青年教师尽快地熟悉业务,提高教学水平,学校领导组织教师订立“以老带新互学合同”,动员一些教学经验丰富、水平较高的老教师带“徒弟”,由新老教师自愿签订合同,共同遵守。
