随着信息时代的到来,信息已经成为重要的生产要素之一,人们对信息的需要日益迫切,而图书馆的图书时人们获取信息的重要途径之一。大学图书馆展开社会性的图书服务,就是满足大众的图书信息需求。为了能够更好地为读者提供完善的借阅服务,本文以某高校图书馆的借阅服务的满意度为研究对象,并在社会调查结论的基础上思考相关的完善图书馆借阅服务的方式和策略。
With the advent of the information age, information has become one of the important factors of production. People’s need for information is increasingly urgent. One of the important ways for people to obtain information in the library books is as follows. University library social library services, is to meet the needs of the public library information. In order to provide readers with a better loan service, this article takes the satisfaction of library loan service of a certain university as the research object, and based on the conclusion of social investigation, thinks about the related ways and tactics of improving the library loan service.
