以贸易与投资一体化为主要方式的要素和产品的国际流动已经成为国际经济关系的基本内容。贸易与投资一体化改变的不仅仅是贸易结构和投资结构,更重要的是从生产经营方面对产业结构的微观基础产生深刻影响。因此,在贸易与投资一体化不断深化的背景下,贸易政策的选择与调整既要有利于充分利用外商直接投资,又要有利于扩大对外直接投资规模、提高对外投资的质量和效益。
The international flow of elements and products based on the integration of trade and investment has become the basic content of international economic relations. The integration of trade and investment not only changed the structure of trade and investment, but more importantly had a profound impact on the micro basis of industrial structure in terms of production and operation. Therefore, with the deepening integration of trade and investment, the choice and adjustment of trade policies should not only help to make full use of FDI, but also help to expand the scale of OFDI and improve the quality and efficiency of overseas investment.
