企业宣传是企业文化建设和队伍建设的重要组成部分,加强企业宣传工作能够促进企业思想的解放和人才的引进,能够提高企业员工的思想素质,改革员工的思想观念,能够推动企业的改革和发展。因此,企业应当采取措施加强企业宣传,做好宣传的基础工作,强化政治理论和思想教育工作,结合企业实践落实宣传工作。
