以触变成型AZ91D镁合金为对象,研究了坯料保温温度、加热时间和模具预热温度对其摩擦磨损行为的影响。结果表明:触变成型工艺能显著提高材料的耐磨性,其最佳成型工艺参数为:坯料保温温度585℃、加热时间60min、模具预热温度300℃。在较低摩擦载荷下,AZ91D镁合金表面易形成Mg O、Al2O3氧化薄膜,其在连续接触的切应力往复作用下易脱落又生成新的氧化薄膜而产生氧化磨损。随着摩擦载荷的增加,磨屑由片状剥层向棉絮团状转变,且粘着力增加,合金逐渐发生轻微剥层磨损、轻微粘着磨损和严重粘着磨损。
The thixoforming AZ91D magnesium alloy is taken as the object to study the influence of the billet holding temperature, the heating time and the mold preheating temperature on the friction and wear behavior. The results show that the thixoforming process can significantly improve the wear resistance of the material. The optimum molding parameters are as follows: billet holding temperature 585 ℃, heating time 60min, mold preheating temperature 300 ℃. Under the low friction load, the surface of AZ91D magnesium alloy is easy to form MgO, Al2O3 oxide film, which is easy to fall off under the reciprocal action of shear stress of continuous contact and produce new oxide film to produce oxidative wear. With the increase of frictional load, wear debris changes from flake to cotton swollen, and the adhesive force increases. The alloy is slightly delaminated, slight sticking and serious adhesive wear.
