高频通气经历了20年的发展,逐渐应用于治疗各科抢救病人。其形式有四:1.高频正压通气;2.高频喷射通气;3.高频振荡;4.高频胸壁挤压。这种治疗技术对颅脑影响的研究包括对颅内压、脑血流以及脑表面运动诸方面。它对颅内血液动力学影响甚微,有利降低颅内压。高频通气应用于颅脑损伤合并肺损伤的病例有优越之处;也有应用于闭合性颅脑损伤抢救成功的报导。
High-frequency ventilation has experienced 20 years of development, gradually applied to the treatment of various subjects to rescue patients. The form of four: 1. High-frequency positive pressure ventilation; 2. High-frequency jet ventilation; 3. High-frequency oscillation; 4. High-frequency chest wall extrusion. This treatment of brain effects on the study, including intracranial pressure, cerebral blood flow and brain surface movement aspects. It has little effect on intracranial hemodynamics, which is beneficial to reduce intracranial pressure. High-frequency ventilation for craniocerebral injury combined with lung injury cases have advantages; there are also reports of successful closure of traumatic brain injury.
