自党的十八大以来,习近平总书记所提出的全面依法治国主体,也逐渐提出了一系列的新思想与新战略。在这些思想与战略中,均提到了人民当家做主的地位,党领导的作用以及依法治国的必要性等,从而为现代化社会建设提供一定的引导。为了进一步推进习近平总书记所提出的全面依法治国的理念,必须要就其中的新思想与新战略加以分析,从而达到宣传的作用,为全面依法治国创造更加良好地社会环境,实现社会意识的引导作用,调动人民群众的积极性。
