为了增强硬质合金的性能,分别在通氮气和不通氮气两种真空气氛下,利用MEVVA源对硬质合金表面注入贵金属Ta,注入剂量为1.5×1017,3.0×1017,6.0×1017ion/cm2。通过X射线光电子能谱、X射线衍射以及金相显微镜等方法对注入试样进行结构表征和分析,在此基础上对其表面硬度、摩擦系数、防腐蚀等性能的测试结果进行讨论分析,结果表明这些表面性能得到了明显的提升。研究发现,氮气氛对注入试样的整体表现起了非常重要的促进作用,表面结构和性能的改变很大程度上受到了表面新相生成的的影响,同时也与注入本身的机制有关。
In order to enhance the performance of cemented carbide, the surface of cemented carbide was infused with precious metal Ta by using MEVVA source in both vacuum and nitrogen-free atmosphere, respectively. The implantation dose was 1.5 × 10 17, 3.0 × 10 17 and 6.0 × 10 17 ion / cm 2. The structures of implanted samples were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and metallographic microscope. The test results of surface hardness, coefficient of friction and anti-corrosion were discussed and analyzed. The results Indicating that these surface properties have been significantly improved. It was found that the nitrogen atmosphere played a very important role in promoting the overall performance of the implanted samples. The changes in surface structure and properties were largely affected by the formation of new facies on the surface, and were also related to the mechanism of implantation itself.
