三、稳定齿轮渗碳淬火变形量及减小变形的主要途径由以上看出,齿轮渗碳淬火时,稳定与减小其变形量是具有相当重要意义的。不论是度量中心距、公法线长度还是齿形、齿向、螺旋角的预先修正都是以稳定渗碳淬火后的变形量为前提的。采用压淬减小复杂的伞齿轮及大型的圆柱齿轮变形的问题已如前述。这里,我们仅通过齿轮孔径及花键键槽宽度在热处理后变化的研究,提出稳定与减小齿轮渗碳淬火变形的主要途径。
