石煤渣无熟料水泥混凝土排水管是利用石煤渣无熟料水泥作胶结料、采用离心工艺制成的。于今年3月进行了省级鉴定。其物理力学性能均符合部标IC130—67的规定。现已批量生产,得到生产厂和用户的好评。石煤渣无熟料水泥是以石煤作燃料的沸腾炉渣为主要原料,配以适量生石灰和少量普通水泥熟料,用石膏作激发剂制成的一种石灰火山灰质胶凝材料。其中石煤渣占60～72％。该种水泥与普通硅酸盐水泥、矿渣水泥相比,具有保水性能强。粘滞性好、塑性
Stone cinder-free clinker cement concrete drainage pipe is made of stone cinder-free clinker cement as cementing material and is made by centrifugal process. In March this year, a provincial appraisal was conducted. Its physical and mechanical properties are in line with the provisions of the Departmental Standard IC130-67. Now it has been mass-produced and has been well received by production plants and users. The stone clinker without clinker is a kind of lime pozzolanic cementitious material with boiling slag made of stone coal as the main raw material, suitable amount of quick lime and a few ordinary cement clinker, and gypsum as the activator.
