利用不同有机溶剂浸提，获得陈皮提取液，将该提取液利用管碟法做抗菌（防霉）实验，并与制霉菌素的抗菌（抗霉）效果进行比较，结果证明陈皮提取液有较好的抗菌能力，该提取液在室温条件下储存１ａ后仍留有一定的抗菌活力。
