利用不同有机溶剂浸提,获得陈皮提取液,将该提取液利用管碟法做抗菌(防霉)实验,并与制霉菌素的抗菌(抗霉)效果进行比较,结果证明陈皮提取液有较好的抗菌能力,该提取液在室温条件下储存1a后仍留有一定的抗菌活力。
