“八五”以来,改革开放的各项措施有力地推动了我国服装工业生产和外向型经济的发展,1991～1994年,中国服装工业实现了生产年平均递增25%,出口创汇年平均递增30%的高速度,成为历史上服装工业发展最快的时期,使中国服装的生产量和出口量跃居世界首位.但是在“八五”计划的最后一年——1995年,中国服装工业却陷入矛盾之中,暴露出了近年行业高速发展中的潜在问题.1 服装出口产量比重逐年增加,对行业生产影响显著
Since the “Eighth Five-Year Plan”, the various measures of reform and opening up have effectively promoted the development of China’s garment industry and the development of export-oriented economy. From 1991 to 1994, China’s garment industry achieved an average annual increase of 25% in production, with an average annual increase in foreign exchange earnings by 30.
