研究了苏北淤泥质海岸防护林土壤磷酸酶活性的特点以及几种酶活性的分布(剖面、水平)规律。结果表明:(1)滨海潮土中磷酸酶以碱性磷酸酶为主,占总磷酸酶活性的62.6%,因而可用碱性磷酸酶活性反映整个磷酸酶活性(y);总磷酸酶(y)和碱性磷酸酶(x1)活性关系式为:y=-0.04765+1.67426x1,r=0.9731。(2)土壤酶活性在剖面上存在显著差异。对林地而言,取样深度60cm即满足精度要求(α=0.05),取样数为3~4个;当取样深度为40cm时,取样数至少4个。(3)水平方向上土壤酶活性也存在显著差异,林地和农田均大于滩地;在林地中,林龄越大其土壤酶的活性越高;农田的土壤酶活性与林粮间作的幼林相似。
The characteristics of soil phosphatase activity and the distribution (profile and level) of several enzymes in the silt coastal shelterbelts in northern Jiangsu were studied. The results showed that: (1) Alkaline phosphatase was the main type of alkaline phosphatase in coastal soils, accounting for 62.6% of the total phosphatase activity. Therefore, the activity of alkaline phosphatase could reflect the activity of total phosphatase (y) (Y) and alkaline phosphatase (x1) activity as follows: y = -0.04765 + 1.67426x1, r = 0.9731. (2) Significant difference in soil enzyme activity exists in the cross section. For forest land, the sampling depth of 60cm meets the accuracy requirement (α = 0.05) and the sampling number is 3 ~ 4; when the sampling depth is 40cm, the sampling number is at least 4. (3) The soil enzyme activities in the horizontal direction also differed significantly. The forest land and farmland were larger than the beach land. In the forest land, the higher the forest age, the higher the activity of soil enzyme. The soil enzyme activity in the farmland was similar to that of the intercropping forest.
