国有企业在当今的国民经济发展中占有不可替代的地位,国有企业高管人员的聘任则直接影响到企业的生存与发展,本文以国企高管人员的聘任作为研究内容,通过对国企高管人员当前现状分析,提出国企高管人员招聘选拔方面存在的问题,有针对性的提出促进国企高管人员招聘的解决对策。
State-owned enterprises occupy an irreplaceable position in the development of national economy today. The appointment of senior executives in state-owned enterprises directly affects the survival and development of the enterprises. In this paper, the appointment of senior executives of state-owned enterprises is taken as the research content. According to the analysis of the current situation, some problems existed in recruiting and selecting senior executives in state-owned enterprises were put forward, and the solutions to promote the recruitment of senior executives in state-owned enterprises were put forward in a targeted manner.
