党的十八届五中全会从落实“四个全面”战略布局和促进经济社会发展全局出发,提出推进健康中国建设的新目标。为此,自治区党委十届六次全会提出了推进健康广西建设的目标要求。在新时期,健康广西建设需要秉承党的十八届五中全会提出的创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念,进一步深化医疗卫生体制改革,正确处理公立医院改革不到位、医疗卫生资源分布不均衡以及健康服务业水平滞后所引起的社会问题。当前推进健康广西建设面临的挑战
