物料平衡是获取选矿过程状态信息的重要手段。传统的人工计算方法弊病较多。笔者在64K微型机上研制成功了CSIMMBAL物料平衡程序包。本文略述其基本原理和计算方法后,详细叙述了该程序包的输入文件结构及其操作使用步骤,最后给出了三个工业应用实例,证明该程序包功能齐全。
Material balance is an important means to obtain the state information of mineral processing. The traditional method of artificial calculation more ills. The author successfully developed a CSIMMBAL material balance package on a 64K microcomputer. After the basic principles and calculation methods are described in this paper, the input file structure of the package and its operating steps are described in detail. Finally, three examples of industrial applications are given, and the package is fully functional.
