中国通讯市场开发巨大潜力,无疑给移动通讯语音业带来新的机遇和丰厚利润。在经济全球化的环境下,英语作为各国经济、政治和文化往来的语言沟通桥梁,成为一门世界通行的语言。英语专业毕业生作为复合型人才,使用范围广,就业率和专业对口率都很高。此报告主要通过一些专业数据与案例的分析以及相关访谈的调查,介绍了新一代移动通信基础语音服务行业的发展历程及当前发展状况,阐述了行业的需求情况跟行业相关上下游产业(在线语音客服、在线教育等)的发展状况然后,对广州大学华软软件学院英语专业的人才培养现状进行详细的分析,并通过对毕业生的访谈具体分析了近年来英语专业毕业生的就业情况。
The huge potential of China’s communications market will undoubtedly bring new opportunities and lucrative profits to the mobile voice industry. In an environment of economic globalization, as a language bridge between economic, political and cultural exchanges among various countries, English has become a common language in the world. English majors as a composite talent, using a wide range of employment rates and professional counterparts rates are high. This report mainly introduces the development history and current development of the new generation mobile communication basic voice service industry through the analysis of some professional data and cases as well as the related interviews. It expounds the demand situation of the industry and the related upstream and downstream industries (online voice Customer service, online education, etc.) Then, this paper analyzes the present situation of English majors in Huashan Software College of Guangzhou University and analyzes the employment situation of English majors in recent years through interviews with graduates.
