随着三十四团产业结构调整步伐的加快,生活节奏日益加快,人们的工作紧张程度和精神压力随之增大,而社区群众组织和文化建设恰恰能够满足职工群众的精神和情感需要。职工群众更加迫切要求社区群众组织利用社区文化阵地,共建文明和谐社区。
With the accelerating pace of industrial restructuring in the 34 groups and the accelerating pace of life, people are experiencing intense work stress and mental stress. Community mass organizations and cultural construction can precisely meet the needs of the masses and the emotional needs of workers and staff. The workers and the masses are pressing even more urgently that mass organizations of the community should make use of their community cultural positions to build a civilized and harmonious community.
