平衡膳食的概念即是指同时在四个方面使膳禽营养供给与机体生理需要之间建立起平衡关系,即:氨基酸平衡、热量营养素构成平衡、酸碱平衡、各种营养素摄入量之间平衡。要做到平衡膳食,形成膳食营养供给与机体生理需要之间的平衡关系,在日常膳食中则需要根据年龄、性别、所处生理状态、劳动或活动强度同时达到七个方面的指标:摄入量充足品种多样、热量食物采源构成合理、热量营养素摄入量比值合理、热量营养素提供热量结构合理、蛋白质食物来源组成合理、脂肪食物采源组成合理以及多种营养素摄入量均达到供给量标准。
