军队是国家力量的象征。阅兵是国魂军魂、国威军威的高度体现,也是国家综合实力的集中体现。在共和国60周年华诞即将到来之际,在“八一”建军节前夕,本刊编辑部特别策划了这篇《共和国大阅兵》,比较全面地记录了从1949年10月1日开国大典阅兵到1999年建国50周年的几次重大国庆阅兵及2009年人民海军成立60周年的海上阅兵。回顾每一次大阅兵,我们既是在聆听一支雄浑壮阔的交响乐,也是在吟诵一部激情炽热的共和国史诗。
