健康教育是医护人员有计划、有目的地向人们介绍健康知识、进行健康指导,使其理解健康的意义,增强自我保健与自我护理能力,是护理工作的一项重要内容。我科通过对老年患者采取沟通了解、知识宣传、多形式的宣教,把握时机进行教育,综合性的教育宣传等方式,建立了良好的护患关系,提高了患者对自身疾病的正确认识,使老年患者获得了自我护理、自我管理的能力,使生命质量大大提高。
Health education is an important part of nursing for health care workers who plan and purposefully introduce people’s health knowledge and health guidance so that they can understand the meaning of health and enhance their ability of self-care and self-care. Our department has established a good relationship between nurses and patients through raising awareness, knowledge promotion, multiform mission education, grasping the opportunity for education, and comprehensive education and propaganda among elderly patients so as to improve patients’ correct understanding of their own diseases and make Elderly patients have self-care, self-management capabilities, so that the quality of life greatly improved.
