结合广东某铁矿矿柱破坏的实际情况,在现场调查的基础之上,采用有限元数值方法对矿柱破坏原因进行了分析。分析表明,矿柱自身地质条件较差(节理裂隙过多)、采场结构参数不合理等是导致矿柱破坏的重要因素。设计了喷射混凝土+锚杆的加固方案。加固方案在矿山实施后,解决了采场出矿难的问题,取得了较好的应用效果。
Based on the actual situation of the destruction of an iron ore column in Guangdong, based on the field investigation, the cause of the damage of the ore column was analyzed by finite element method. The analysis shows that the poor geological conditions (too many joint fissures) and the unreasonable structural parameters of stopes are the important factors that lead to the pillar destruction. Designed to strengthen the shotcrete + bolt reinforcement program. Reinforcement program in the mine after the implementation of the mine to solve the problem of stope mining, and achieved good results.
