今年8月,部里召开了电力基建会议,会上发了这个文件,现在刊印出来供各单位参照执行,并希望提出修改补充意见。
In August this year, the ministry held a power infrastructure conference and this document was issued at the meeting. It is now printed out for implementation by all the units and hopes to propose amendments to supplement the views.
