随意丢弃食用菌废菌料,不仅易传播杂菌,不利食用菌生产,而且还可能造成环境污染。怎样合理处置大量的废菌料,使之重新变废为宝,已成为食用菌业持续健康发展不可回避的研究课题。本文介绍欧美国家有关蘑菇废菌料的研究结果,希望对国内的蘑菇废菌料和其它食用菌废菌料的研究与应用有所启发。
Disposable edible mushroom waste material, not only easy to spread miscellaneous bacteria, detrimental to the production of edible fungi, but also may cause environmental pollution. How to deal with a large amount of waste materials reasonably and make it become a new treasure has become an unavoidable research topic for the sustained and healthy development of mushroom industry. This article describes the research results of mushroom waste in Europe and the United States, hoping to inspire the research and application of domestic mushroom waste and other mushroom waste materials.
