维护服刑人员的合法权益,重在保障其申诉、控告等权利得到畅通的行使。检察机关作为国家的法律监督机关,负有维护社会公平正义和保障人权的职责,因此,保障服刑人员的救济权是其行使法律监督权中的应有之义。本文从我国服刑人员申诉情况的现状分析入手,重点解决如何充分地保障服刑人员的权利,真正实现全社会范围的公平正义。
Maintain the legitimate rights and interests of prisoners, focusing on ensuring that their grievances, complaints and other rights to get smooth exercise. As the legal supervision organ of the state, procuratorial organs bear the responsibility of maintaining social fairness and justice and safeguarding human rights. Therefore, guaranteeing the relief rights of prisoners is its proper meaning in exercising the legal supervision power. This article starts with the analysis of the present situation of the appeals of prisoners in our country, and focuses on how to fully guarantee the rights of prisoners and truly realize the fairness and justice of the whole society.
