近年来,不少同志在假定被矫直的管(棒)材在矫直过程中是理想园柱体的条件下,自不同角度推导了斜辊矫直机辊形曲面方程式。但实际上,为了矫直必须反弯,所以在矫直过程中的管(棒)材,不是园柱体而是环形体。为了使辊形曲面计算接近于生产实际,我于80年初曾发表了管(棒)材反弯轴线是园弧情况的确定辊形曲面的方法[1]。但更进一步分析就可发现,一般说来反弯轴线并不是真正的园弧,而是一条比较复杂的平面曲线。为了使问题更深入一步,而且具有实际意义,有必要考虑反弯轴线在直轴线方向是任一单值平面曲线时辊形曲面的确定方法。
In recent years, many comrades have deduced the roll-form surface equation of a skew-roll leveler from different angles under the assumption that the tube (rod) material to be straightened is an ideal cylinder during the straightening process. In practice, however, the tube (bar) material in the straightening process is not a cylinder but an annular body in order to correct the bend. In order to make the calculation of roll surface close to the actual production, in early 1980, I published the method of determining the roll surface of the tube (rod) with the arc bending axis [1]. However, further analysis shows that, in general, the anti-bending axis is not a real circular arc but a rather complex planar curve. In order to further solve the problem and have practical significance, it is necessary to consider the method of determining the roll surface when the anti-bending axis is a straight line of any single value.
