我公司承担某轧钢厂一批30吨、50吨、100吨吊车梁的制作。按照设计要求,吊梁的主要焊缝要焊透,并须经过百分之百的无损检验。我们采用了工人、领导、技术干部三结合的办法,遵照毛主席“革命战争是民众的事,常常不是先学好了再干,而是干起来再学习,干就是学习。”的教导,首先解决了探伤工作“条件论”的思想问题,接着又解决了一系列的技术问题,成功地完成了四种规格的、总长达四千三百米的吊车梁 T 型焊缝的超声波探伤任务。
