为贯彻省、地国税工作会议精神,全面加强税收管理,推进管理工作科学化、制度化、规范化,我局结合国税工作实际,推出了全员岗位目标管理综合考核办法,按照因事设岗,以岗定责,责任到人的原则,突出工作重点,把整体工作进行量化、细化,逐项分解到不同的岗位,落实到每个人身上,做到人人肩上有责任,个个心中有目标,岗位清楚,责任明确,奖罚分明,把工作实效同每个人员的经济利益挂起钩来,运用经济杠杆调动人员的工作积极性,保证各项工作目标的落实。
