2004年9月29日--10月4日,国家外汇管理局机关的25名年轻同志和吉林省分局的16名同志,在局党组副书记、副局长马德伦同志的率领下,赴吉林省舒兰市新安乡石河村开展“深入农村、了解国情”为主题的下乡调研活动。马德伦同志在1968年至1971年曾在这里插队生活,这一次他和年轻人一起又一次来到这里,与乡亲们同吃同住同劳动,对农业、农村、农民“三农”问题进行了深入细致的调研,还向农民捐资捐物。参加这次活动的局机关的年轻人,从小生活在都市里,他们出家门、入校门、进机关,缺乏社会实践。此次到舒兰看到了帽山、张广财岭的秀丽,闻到了黑土地的芳香,体验到了东北农村农民真实的生活。当回到北京后,大家还一直惦记着那遥远的石河村、呼兰河、左石山里的事情。于是乎,都有感而发。
