A number of phenolic compounds were isolated from Morus alba, and their structure and pharmacological activities were studied. However, there are few studies on the composition of its leaves and their pharmacological activities. This paper studied the isolation and identification of four main flavonol glycosides in Morus alba leaves and the inhibitory effect of these flavonol glycosides on the glucosyltransferase-catalyzed, adhesive water-soluble glucan synthesis, which is useful for the prevention of dental caries.
