伴随着市场经济竞争的日趋激烈以及经营环境的日趋复杂,国有企业如何做好人力资源管理中的激励机制,对吸引人才,激发员工的工作积极性,引导员工树立端正的工作态度具有着极其重要的意义。本文从人力资源管理的角度,对国有企业的人力资源激励机制进行了简要的分析,结合我国国有企业的管理现状,指出相应的不足之处,并浅谈几点相关建设性意见。
With the increasingly fierce market economy competition and increasingly complex business environment, how state-owned enterprises can do well the incentive mechanism in human resources management is extremely important for attracting talents, motivating their enthusiasm and guiding their employees to set up a correct working attitude significance. From the perspective of human resources management, this paper gives a brief analysis of the incentive mechanism of human resources in state-owned enterprises, points out the corresponding deficiencies in light of the management of the state-owned enterprises in our country, and discusses some constructive suggestions.
