提出了一种利用超声振动对金属工件表面进行挤压强化的新的光整工艺方法.介绍了这种工艺方法的原理和试验装置,并依据大量试验结果对超声振动挤压工艺与常规挤压工艺在工艺效果、工具头磨损、工件表面金属变形过程等方面的差别进行了对比分析.结果表明,超声振动挤压工艺优于常规挤压工艺.
A new method of finishing by using ultrasonic vibration to squeeze and strengthen the surface of metal workpiece is proposed. The principle and testing equipment of this method are introduced. The differences between the ultrasonic vibration extrusion process and the conventional extrusion process on process effect, tool head wear and metal deformation on the workpiece surface are analyzed and compared based on a large number of test results. The results show that the ultrasonic vibration extrusion process is superior to the conventional extrusion process.
