气体传感器在环境保护方面的应用主要在于环境污染物的监控及污染物释放的控制。空气中化学污染物的浓度除甲烷及二氧化碳外,大多在ppm以下,且其分布与监控点及监控时间有着明显的依赖关系。因而对所用气体传感器的灵敏度及选择性均提出了甚高的要求,本文报道了作者所研制的NO_2及O_3气体传感器。可用于空气中化学污染物的监控,典型的空气污染物如NO_x,SO_(?)等大多来源于发电厂或移动的车辆废气。本文报道了适用于电厂及车辆废气监控的具有不同操作温度的NO_x化学传感器。
The application of gas sensors in environmental protection mainly lies in the monitoring of environmental pollutants and the control of pollutant release. Concentration of air pollutants in addition to methane and carbon dioxide, mostly below ppm, and its distribution and monitoring points and monitoring time has a clear dependency. Therefore, the sensitivity and selectivity of the used gas sensors are put forward very high requirements. This paper reports the NO 2 and O 3 gas sensors developed by the author. It can be used for the monitoring of chemical pollutants in the air. Typical air pollutants such as NOx, SO? (?) Are mostly from power plants or moving vehicle exhaust. This paper reports NO_x chemical sensors with different operating temperatures for power plant and vehicle exhaust monitoring.
