实验用药物五氯苯(PECB)用甲醇三次重结晶,五氯酚(PCP)用苯3次重结晶。实验动物分别选用6周龄及24周龄雄性大鼠。PECB溶于0.5ml大豆油中经口给与。一定时间后将大鼠用乙醚径度麻醉,然后从下腹大动脉采血并处死动物。血液用肝素处理,脏器用生理盐水洗净,整个实验过程中大鼠自由摄取饲料和饮水进行分析之前,分别将血液、肝脏、脂肪、粪、尿等试样均质比;匀浆用不同量的醋酸乙酯
